Cannot recommend highly enough. Being a mature female on my own, the whole idea of moving was daunting. Allens were recommended to me and they didn't let me down. They did a fantastic job moving me into an apartment building with very restricted access - truck had to park in a loading bay across the road, remote gate had to be navigated each trolley load, then down two ramps to a very small lift which was also being used by residents. These guys were absolutely sensational, they worked so hard! Very impressed with the team and with the boss for coming out to help them finish on time. Great Job!

What an amazing experience! Tim, Mark, Alex, Oscar, Liam and all the guys were friendly, professional and took great care of everything. They did everything they promised, on time and with a smile (well mostly). We were particularly impressed by a cameo performance at the end from Cucumber, probably the smiliest of them all. I spent HOURS researching removalists in Melbourne because I've been burned by dodgy companies before, and I honestly can't recommend Allen more highly. They were easy and friendly to deal with when planning the move, sent reminders before the day, called when they were 20 mins away, and were perfectly on time. The guys who did my move were incredibly friendly and professional, and treated all my belongings with care. It wasn't an easy job moving furniture up and down two flights of stairs at either end, but the guys did it with a smile. I was worried they'd drag their feet and take their time to blow out the cost (as I've experienced with other removalists in the past), but they were bang on with what they estimated and quoted. I especially liked that they had a standard travel cost as this has also impacted me negatively in the past. I hope I won't be moving again any time soon, but when I do, I'll definitely be going with Allen. Thanks again, guys!

Allen and his team were exceptional. From the moment I enquired they communicated regularly on all details to make sure I was clear on what to expect, how long it could take and also cost. They took care of covering those fragile glass table tops, last minute loose items that needed boxing up, and even took care of my beloved plants (I have A LOT!!). They were constantly on the move the whole time, went as fast as they could to make sure it saved us money which was really appreciative.The professionalism of Allen’s moving and storage is second to none. We had Ben and Alex to do the loading up, they were polite, efficient and incredibly strong! We had a big load, so we did require an additional truck the next day, but they arrived happily and got it done in only 2 hours.When they arrived at our new home in NSW we had Tim, Cooper (I thought he said his name was cucumber, I was a tad overtired!!!)and a spooky guy called George.
