I spent HOURS researching removalists in Melbourne because I've been burned by dodgy companies before, and I honestly can't recommend Allen more highly. They were easy and friendly to deal with when planning the move, sent reminders before the day, called when they were 20 mins away, and were perfectly on time. The guys who did my move were incredibly friendly and professional, and treated all my belongings with care. It wasn't an easy job moving furniture up and down two flights of stairs at either end, but the guys did it with a smile. I was worried they'd drag their feet and take their time to blow out the cost (as I've experienced with other removalists in the past), but they were bang on with what they estimated and quoted. I especially liked that they had a standard travel cost as this has also impacted me negatively in the past. I hope I won't be moving again any time soon, but when I do, I'll definitely be going with Allen. Thanks again, guys!

Allen Moving & Storage recently provided high quality service during my house sale campaign and relocation. At the start of the campaign, they came and collected my surplus furniture from decluttering , and safely all items. Then last week, they delivered everything from store and performed a second pick up and delivery of my remaining furniture and effects. Allen and his team were exceptional. From the moment I enquired they communicated regularly on all details to make sure I was clear on what to expect, how long it could take and also cost. They took care of covering those fragile glass table tops, last minute loose items that needed boxing up, and even took care of my beloved plants (I have A LOT!!). They were constantly on the move the whole time, went as fast as they could to make sure it saved us money which was really appreciative.The professionalism of Allen’s moving and storage is second to none. If you’re moving house and want to do it properly don’t hesitate. Book the best in the business to make sure all your treasured belongings make it to the new home unscathed and the house you are leaving without a scratch to guarantee you will get your bond back and not have to do any paint patch ups. We had Ben and Alex to do the loading up, they were polite, efficient and incredibly strong! We had a big load, so we did require an additional truck the next day, but they arrived happily and got it done in only 2 hours.When they arrived at our new home in NSW we had Tim, Cooper (I thought he said his name was cucumber, I was a tad overtired!!!)and a spooky guy called George. He was very spirited!The unload was done so efficiently, it’s actually a pleasure to be surrounded by boxes.Thanks boys, you were amazing.

This was my 19th move and the first time I've used Allen Moving & Storage as I only moved to Melbourne in 2023. I find moving extremely stressful as I have found it never goes according to plan and have had many damaged, missing or left behind items in the past. Not this time however!! I was amazed at the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. It was all over and done within a few hours. I will be using this company again for my 20th move and probably 21st, 22nd and 23rd!!
